If payment still fails, a debt collection process will be initiated, and additional fees will be charged.

Right of withdrawal
When buying a dog course, the Right of Withdrawal Act does not apply in the same way as when buying eg goods on the internet. Chapter 5 §19 of the Right of Withdrawal Act addresses the following restrictions:

Point b states that:
"In the case of distance selling other than telephone sales, the right of withdrawal does not apply to individual services if the seller at the conclusion of the agreement undertakes to deliver the service at a specific time or within a specific time period".
Individual services that are delivered at a specific time or within a specific time period are, for example, theater, cinema, course, concert and airline tickets. The time period must be limited and most "standard dog courses" (lasting 1-12 weeks) therefore fall within this limitation, thus the customer has no right of withdrawal.

Longer educations may fall within the withdrawal period. On courses that go beyond «shorter periods of time» the customer will have the right to withdraw. The 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of registration therefore applies here. In order for the right of withdrawal to take effect, the customer must submit a right of withdrawal form to the course leader within the withdrawal period.
Right of withdrawal must be used within 14 days and in all cases BEFORE the start of the course (in cases where the customer registers later than 14 days before the start of the course).

Force majeure
If the organizer is prevented from performing a service as a result of extraordinary events beyond our control (eg war, natural disasters, fire, outbreaks of dangerous infectious diseases and the like) the organizer is exempt from all liability and course fee will in such extraordinary cases not be repaid.
